Term : 24 Month W2 Contract (CANNOT work Corp to Corp)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Micro-Segmentation Security Engineer to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced security solutions focused on Micro-Segmentation. As a key member of our security team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the deployment and enhancement of Micro-Segmentation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Document, and Implement: Develop and document highly complex security solutions related to Micro-Segmentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company security policies.

  • Testing and Maintenance: Conduct thorough testing and maintenance of Micro-Segmentation solutions, providing expert recommendations for issue resolution and continuous improvement.

  • Automation and Orchestration: Define requirements and lead the team in creating automation and orchestration processes for enterprise-level Micro-Segmentation solutions.

  • Tool Identification: Identify and evaluate new tools and features to enhance the capabilities of the enterprise Micro-Segmentation solution.

  • SME Role: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the deployment and management of enterprise Micro-Segmentation solutions.

  • Security Consulting: Provide expert security consulting services on large-scale projects to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies and standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with all levels of professionals, including management, to influence and implement security strategies across the organization.

  • Strategic Planning: Translate leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives that strengthen our security posture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Micro-Segmentation Solutions: Hands-on experience with Micro-Segmentation security solutions, including policy management. Proficiency with tools like Guardicore, Illumio, or Secure Workload is required.

  • Zero Trust Framework: In-depth knowledge of Zero Trust Framework and network segmentation strategies.

  • Network Automation: Proven experience in developing network automation solutions to streamline security processes.

  • Technical Documentation: Strong technical documentation skills, ensuring that all processes and solutions are well-documented.

  • Project Management Tools: Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for project management and issue tracking.

  • Operating Systems: Competence in managing and securing Linux and Windows server operating systems.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to various stakeholders.

  • Availability: Willingness to work off-hours and occasional weekends to support critical change activities.

  • Work Environment: Available to work in a hybrid mode, with flexibility to accommodate both in-office and remote work requirements.
