Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas. This position plays a critical role in providing support across multiple functions within our telecom provider company. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing complex data analysis, leading collaborations with stakeholders, and optimizing business processes. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the collaboration with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document intricate business requirements.

• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify complex trends, patterns, and insights.

• Translate sophisticated business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for intricate business processes, user stories, and system requirements.

• Facilitate and lead communication between business stakeholders and the development team.

• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, providing valuable insights for project planning and management.

• Take a lead role in the design and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.

• Provide expert-level support and insights to optimize and refine business processes.

• Champion the use of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure and Confluence in the software development lifecycle.

• Exhibit a strong acumen for learning new technology. Requirements • Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle.

• Proficient in Agile SDLC methodologies and techniques.

• Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in Agile practices.

• Proficiency in Kanban techniques and the application of the Kanban method.

• Experience in Business Systems Analysis, including design, development, and implementation of business solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects, strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
