We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Director based in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective visual experiences for both physical and digital environments. You'll collaborate with various teams and customers to evaluate and improve visual displays while maintaining brand consistency. This is an opportunity for those who have strong visual design skills and can manage cross-functional projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver aesthetic and on-brand visual experiences for in-store retail environments, digital online environments, tradeshows, home shows, and showrooms.

• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Team, Trade Marketing Team, Sales Team, and customers to evaluate and improve display performance.

• Maintain brand standards and global consistency in all visual communication.

• Manage the visual branding and visual content creation process.

• Use visual analytics to assess the performance of visual experiences and make necessary improvements.

• Execute visual merchandising strategies effectively.

• Develop and present visual mockups to stakeholders for approval.

• Utilize 3D rendering and 3D visualization to create engaging visual experiences.

• Manage the budget for all visual design projects.

• Use your skills in cross-functional project management to ensure all visual design projects are completed on time and meet the set objectives.Visual Merchandising Director

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Visual Merchandising Director role or similar, with at least 7 years of experience in the field

• Strong background in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies

• Proficiency in utilizing visual aids and visual analytics to communicate marketing strategies and results

• Experience with visual branding and visual communication to enhance brand recognition and value

• Expertise in visual design and visual content creation to support marketing campaigns

• Proficient in visual merchandising and creating visual mockups to optimize product presentation

• Skilled in data visualization for reporting and decision-making purposes

• Experience with display advertising, including 3D rendering and 3D visualization

• Solid background in budget management to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies

• Proficiency in cross-functional project management, coordinating with multiple departments to achieve marketing goals

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

• Proficient in marketing-related software and platforms.
