Role Description

This is a full-time (30 hours/week) on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist in a classroom setting located in Irvine, CA. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, conducting behavior analysis assessments, and developing behavior intervention plans. Additionally, the Behavioral Therapist will work with children, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide support to individuals with behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills

• Experience working with children

• Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Knowledge in psychology and behavior intervention techniques

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred
