Job Title: Technical WriterJob Description

The candidate will be helping the team predominantly by writing deviation reports and working in one of the contained facility labs. They will also transcribe and edit various documents within the SAP program and assist with investigations. This role requires collaboration with other departments, including production, maintenance, lab, and engineering, to provide support for investigations and deviations.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed descriptions from the team

• Heavily assist with CAPA deviation report writing

• Assist with corrective action investigations

• Make notes on processes

• Obtain information from the team and write manuals and other sources

• Write descriptions of processes and materials

• Help with document redlining

Essential Skills

• Technical writing

• CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations

• Quality assurance

• Experience documenting in SAP system

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field

• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing

• Experience writing deviation reports

• FDA experience

• Pharmaceutical experience preferred, open to medical device

Work Environment

The candidate will work within a cubicle and will be interdependent, requiring interaction with other departments. The work environment is within a contained facility lab, and the candidate will have their own workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
