Job Description

A large medical device company in Irvine, CA is looking for a System Administrator to maintain their Labeling software systems application for artwork creation, content management and user access as well ensuring smooth system operation. Their responsibilities include:

 - Ensuring the system is operating smoothly for all users - granting correct access, and permission, informing users on system maintenance, and troubleshooting issues

 - Establish and maintain training documentation for systems and procedures

 - Develop and maintain data libraries and communication materials.

 - Running ad hoc searching and maintaining the system Help pages

Develop audit processes and support audits for system content

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience managing any content management system

Experience on product labeling systems and software such as ACCLM, Loftware, Easy Label, Bartender, ESKO and PrisymID

Bachelor's Degree Experience on labeling and/or packaging design processes is preferred

Experience in ISO 15223 and ISO 7000 null
