About the Job:

The Sr. Associate Manager is a high-impact position that directly shapes the design of operational programs that enable running great restaurants. This individual will be responsible for evaluating the operational system, understanding business growth drivers, identifying gaps for continued optimization, and creating a framework to address these areas. This individual will be responsible for leading the planning, testing, and evaluation of programs within the constraints of scope, schedule, and budget while minimizing risk. This role will have a direct report and will be accountable for coaching and developing this person on restaurant fundamentals and project management.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Own operational perspective and execution readiness for all restaurant roles, fundamentals, routines, and systems.

  • Drive strategic roadmap and lead multiple operational initiatives from the concept phase to national launch.

  • Present program feedback throughout testing and use findings to make necessary adjustments for optimal national execution.

  • Provide coaching and support to a direct report on projects, business perspective, and career growth.

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure KPIs are maintained.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 6+ years of project management experience within operations of restaurants, hospitality, or retail industries

  • The ability to effectively impact and influence stakeholders, engaging in productive conflict at a high level to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Resourceful nature, with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to change in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and desire to have a large impact on our organization.

Salary Range: $104,600 to $142,065 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
