We are in search for a self-motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist. The qualified candidate will be responsible for a wide range of exciting duties which stem from branding our external-facing B2B, producing content for our communication sites, and assisting internal departments with creative solutions. You will have significant contribution in building out our newly branded company's website, and maintain its content in line with our strategic imperatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop press releases and conduct stakeholder interviews.

• Edit and revise press releases when needed.

• Manage approval routing and report generation on a monthly basis using the Cision tool.

• Monitor media and distribute news via Cision.

• Assist in all phases of the development of our newly branded company website.

• Develop content strategy, working with internal stakeholders to represent their area correctly.

• Handle various requests from departments including collateral development and copy development for our internal site.

• Coordinate with our agency and contract writers for various projects.

• Maintain our website blog through consistent content development and conducting team interviews to create a compelling narrative.

  Requirements

• Experience within marketing and public relations ideally at least 5 years

• Proven ability to work independently and exhibit a high degree of initiative.

• Strong written communication skills, and experience in writing articles or a background in journalism is a must.

• Previous PR experience is essential.

• Graphic design skills for quick fixes on flyers, and video editing skills are a big plus. Familiarity with Photoshop is appreciated.

• A strong learning ability to understand and glean necessary information promptly.

• Preferred to have experience in the healthcare industry
