Overview:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership and management teams to develop and execute human capital strategies that foster organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous growth. This role acts as a strategic advisor, ensuring HR initiatives align with the overall business goals while driving key HR functions such as talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

  • Lead workforce planning efforts, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to meet evolving business needs.

  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, restructuring, and change management to ensure business growth and agility.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

  • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, assess talent gaps, and recommend solutions for improving employee engagement and retention.

  • Develop and implement talent development programs, focusing on leadership training, career development, and succession planning.

  • Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to ensure pay equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business goals.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements, minimizing organizational risk.

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, promoting a culture of belonging and collaboration.

  • Drive the execution of HR initiatives that support organizational change, transformation, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in an HR business partner or related HR leadership role.

  • Proven experience in strategic HR partnership and leading HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making.

  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Experience with HR processes supporting ISO certification standards and ensuring compliance with related requirements.

Salary range: $110,000 - $150,0000
