In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.

The Opportunity

As part of the SAP Program Management team you assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP packaged solutions and improve business processes. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining elevated standards, enhancing your leadership style, and motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP application-based solutions and multiple SAP modules

• Consulting and designing SAP solutions

• Managing large software applications

• Understanding of ITIL v3 or other Service-based principles

• Developing complex onsite implementation and outsourcing proposals

• Designing, building, testing, and deploying technical components for SAP solutions

• Developing strategy and presenting to industry audiences

• Exhibiting exceptional communication and relationship management skills

• Supervising teams and coaching staff

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
