Description

Run point with the FDA, NSF and USP audits

Oversees QA Operations – releases for finished products and raw materials.

Troubleshoot any questions around product quality

Run the RCA – root cause analysis

Handle all of the regulatory audits – 3-5 audits per year also including customers

Audit techniques – need to conduct internal audits to ensure the team is prepared

Working with vendors and 3rd party manufacturers that need to be audited as well

Understand vendor certifications and how we can partner with them

Need to be a good mentor and good trainer

Understand the current talent of the team and know how to create development and training plans

Provide feedback real time and not wait until year end to give feedback

• People development and understand how to train people - energetic, passionate and wants to help train the team to be better

• Bachelor of science degree

• Need to have QA experience in FDA environment

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
