Insight Global Mac Endpoint Engineer in Irvine, California
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mac Endpoint Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supporting the Mac Endpoint Devices across the organization. The Mac Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Mac OS devices within our organization. This role requires expertise in Mac OS, Intune, JAMF, and Casper to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of all Mac endpoints. You will be supporting the upgrade of all devices to Mac OS 15, creating a new image and process for provisioning all net new Mac Devices. This is a fully remote role, supporting the organization during Pacific Time Hours.

Skills and Requirements
Deploy and Manage Mac OS Devices: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Mac OS devices using tools such as JAMF and Casper.
Intune Integration: Implement and manage Intune for Mac OS devices to ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
Endpoint Security: Ensure all Mac endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with industry best practices.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Mac OS devices, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency in managing Mac endpoints.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Mac endpoint management processes and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Mac devices within the broader IT infrastructure.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use their Mac devices. null
