Robert Half is currently seeking an IT Support Generalist that will be responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining basic network operations and stability, handle laptop, onboarding, mobile device, O365 and network services requests from all staff and management as appropriate.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• At least 3-5+ years of providing white-glove service support with advanced troubelshooting skills configure, operate and maintain campus data network and network operation and stability while assuring network standards and practices.

• Conduct diagnostic testing on computers and network configurations as needed.

• Assist new hires/onboarding for laptops and set-up of workstations

• Working with vendors to help boost bandwidth, they work with AT& T or other carriers and maintain the servers that they have

• Reconfiguring laptops, monitoring and keep up with equipment onsite

• Operate and maintain voice network including configuring and maintaining communications servers, voicemail systems and phone services.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for advanced and escalated workstation issues including computer hardware, Windows, and Mac OS performance/configuration, O365, TCP/IP troubleshooting administration and applications, incident management, VPN and network connectivity issues email, file access and recovery, print/fax, etc.

• Resolves advanced technical hardware and software issues utilizing extensive knowledge in software, hardware, network, and peripheral support as well as advanced knowledge in administrative tasks on workstations.
