Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team in Irvine, California. This role plays a critical part in managing accounting operations and cash management within our organization. You will be tasked with overseeing a variety of responsibilities such as reviewing financial statements, maintaining the accounting system, managing intercompany cash balances, and creating weekly cash reports. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's financial health and success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations within the company

• Regularly review and approve journal entries, bank and loan reconciliations, and monthly accruals

• Execute the review of monthly financial statements and forward them for review and approval

• Supervise the updating and coordination of Monthly Accounting Check List, including tracking of tasks, responsible persons, due dates, and completion dates

• Finalize monthly financial statements and close accounting period in the Accounting System once approved

• Maintain and update the Accounting System regularly

• Manage Cash Management operations including the creation of weekly cash reports

• Handle intercompany cash balances including capital calls and intra company transfers to ensure sufficient cash balance for all entities

• Regularly update cash forecast for all entities

• Leverage skills in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Budget Processes. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports is necessary.

• Should have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Auditing skills are a must.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential.
