Robert Half Legal has partnered with a consumer electronics technology company in Irvine looking for a full time Compliance Manager. This role centers on developing and updating compliance-related policies and procedures in the Consumer Electronics industry. The ideal candidate will be involved in ensuring the organization's adherence to industry best practices and regulatory changes, and providing training and educational resources on compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update compliance-related policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices

• Document and communicate all policies and procedures across the organization for clarity and transparency

• Evaluate and enhance internal processes and procedures related to compliance, ensuring they meet industry standards

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate these risks

• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and develop corrective action plans to address these incidents

• Implement process improvements and automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burdens

• Provide training and educational resources to internal departments, ensuring they understand and adhere to compliance requirements and best practices

• Prepare and present regular compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on the organization's compliance status and any potential issues.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for consumer electronics and home appliances preferred but not required

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
