StorAmerica Management Administrative Assistant in Irvine, California

The position is based at the Corporate Office located in Irvine. Hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
Compensation: $23.00 hourly, $200.00/monthly car allowance, and $75/monthly cell phone allowance.
Job Qualifications: We are looking for a professional and welcoming Administrative Assistant who has an eye for detail, is resourceful, reliable, flexible, has excellent organization skills, and can manage multiple tasks. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Job Duties:
Assist Regional Manager with special projects.
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Monitor and order all property supplies (gate cards, lease envelopes, business cards, etc.).
Field all customer complaints and direct to respective District Manager, accordingly.
Order, track, and distribute uniforms.
Log and track audits.
Assist Regional Manager with revenue management as needed.
Review calls as requested by Regional Manager (including collection calls).
Review Competitor Tracking for all sites on a weekly basis.
Listen to recorded calls and report to Regional Manager.
Assist with Trello/Maintenance Tickets as needed.
Check website inquires daily and direct accordingly. All inquiries must be addressed in a timely manner.
