Description

We are in search of a diligent Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team located in Irvine, California. The role is centered on managing customer transactions, maintaining comprehensive records, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and processing of company payments

• Interaction with pertinent departments to secure necessary payment approvals

• Maintenance and organization of accounts payable files and records

• Addressing and resolving discrepancies in invoices, expenses, and check requests

• Overseeing expense reimbursement and reporting procedures

• Assisting with monthly closings and bank statement reconciliation

• Execution of special projects as required by management

• Conducting analysis of accounts payable amounts as needed

• Responding to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems, Microsoft Excel, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Processing, and Data Entry skills.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Familiarity with Check Processing procedures

• Strong Data Entry skills
