Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Irvine, California, United States. The role is in the telecom industry and involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments.

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure all financial records are accurate.

• Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely payments.

• Code invoices accurately for proper categorization and tracking.

• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in managing accounts payable processes.

• Handle invoice processing to ensure all invoices are recorded, tracked, and paid promptly.

• Manage accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all payments are received and processed correctly. Requirements • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry

• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks

• Knowledge and experience in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to process invoices and perform check runs

• Experience in coding invoices

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
