Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for an Accounting Manager for a Impactful PE Firm based in Orange County, CA. This is a newly created role due to firm growth that will work closely with leadership on a variety of different initiatives.

responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities in this role reporting to the Controller will include:

• Leading monthly, quarterly and annual fund, management company, GP and investor accounting and reporting; overseeing the accounting systems, processes and procedures.

• Overseeing all aspects of cash flow management including working capital, distributions, capital calls, payroll, and operating expenses.

• Leading and contributing in other areas including: cash forecasts, annual audit, annual LP meeting (meeting materials, IRR calculations, portfolio company reviews, and other aspects of the meeting).

• Developing and maintaining close relationships with legal, accounting, tax, compliance, governance and strategy consulting experts at the professional services firms.

qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 8 + years of relevant experience, possess top-notch problem solving ability, be able to effectively work well in a hands-on environment, and have a great attitude.
