Burton Industries Lead Maintenance Technician in Ironwood, Michigan
The Leam Maintenance Technician position is a critical role, responsible for overseeing and executing tasks within our facilities. This position requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Lean Maintenance Technician will ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally, adhering to safety standards while providing guidance and support to maintenance staff.
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Maintain and repair various manufacturing equipment.
Oversees facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are safe, clean and well maintained.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong mechanical background.
Strong understanding of facilities management principles.
Effective communcation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
