Information Technology Manager

Managerial full-time position.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Irapuato Plant.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Recently grads or max 1 year of experience from any Computer Science, Engineering (all disciplines), and MBA’s with a technical undergraduate degree or background.

Specialty Areas:

• Responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to support business initiatives deliver projects at cost and on schedule.

• Vendor management

• Master planning for a site to ensure making, packing, facilities meet long term plant objectives.

• Responsible for budget and funding management.

• Perform quality control on the project to maintain the standards expected and adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

• Facilitate connecting the appropriate site resources with Global Business project managers to work project detail plans & execution.

  • Drive operational excellence at the site. Work with a multi-functional team to ensure any system or infrastructure issues are timely identified or prevented, communicated, and fixed.

  • Via data-based intelligent operations, ensure no IT system/infrastructure related issues cause any business impact at the site.

  • Participate and actively contribute to regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders from plant, business, and central Shared Services organization.

  • Partner to deliver the plant operational targets, stewardship, drive business growth and value, and enable Industry 4.0 progression.

  • Responsible for ensuring strong digital stewardship and IT Controls - Audits Ready Every Day.

  • Work with cybersecurity to ensure the security of our IT environment, including compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Execute a robust IT change management process, preventing incidents/unplanned outages.

  • Ensure IT Continuity planning is in place (Infrastructure and application continuity, IT resiliency, operational & disaster recovery).

As an Information Technology manager in any of the areas above you'll assist in testing to validate and provide operating controls to ensure development requirements are satisfied. Also you'll partnering with key business contacts and technology suppliers to discover, design, build and qualify new capabilities required by regional and Corporate Projects. You'll have continuous Improvements, project inspired changes/configuration, self-initiated improvements that will deliver business value.

Job Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Irapuato Plant.

• Recently grads from Computer Science, Engineering (all disciplines), and MBA’s with a technical undergraduate degree or background.

• Business background/interest and technical/analytical skills.

• You love to use data analytics to identify new insights and business opportunities for us and the customer.

• Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results

• Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others

• Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (power BI is a must)
