Water District Maintenance, LLC. Business Assistant in Ipswich, South Dakota

Looking for a Business Assistant to complete various administrative duties in a hybrid working situation. In this position, you will answer phones, communicate with our clients, dispatch workers to job sights, organize files, and send out invoices. You will also manage the calendar and schedule for the workers. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of professional experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role, is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and has general knowledge of invoicing and accounts payable. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train appropriate candidates.

Strong computer skills (Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel)

Effective telephone skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Strong time management skills

Ability to multitask

Willingness to learn industry terms and procedures

Willingness to switch tasks as needed
