Robert Half is working with a new North Shore-based client seeking an Office Manager to join its team. This role is permanent, and will report into the President of a 25+ year old company. This is a great opportunity for any candidate local to the Ipswich area, looking for a stress free office environment.

Responsibilities for the role include answering phones/emails, entering bills into QuickBooks, and generating quotes. The job requires a mix of office administration and very light transactional accounting. Attention to detail is key, along with an upbeat personality.

The desired candidate should have at least a year or two of administrative experience, and above average MS Office skills. Any knowledge of QuickBooks would be a plus.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for this role

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary for managing and analyzing data

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software for managing financial tasks

• Administrative Assistance experience is required for managing and coordinating office procedures

• Experience in Administrative Office tasks such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments is required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
