In this role, you work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to plan and execute internal communications activities in service of key business priorities and employee engagement. You will lead the administration of communication platforms, identifying opportunities to optimize communications for sales partners across a variety of channels.

How you will contribute

Your work will support the communications agenda by driving awareness, education, and engagement across our key priorities, delivering the right information, at the right time. Activities include leading the administration of SharePoint intranet and other communications avenues, managing timelines with stakeholders to deliver their content, new content development, measurement of communication reach, and other operations. You will have strong attention to detail for content governance as the final check for accuracy and messaging before publishing. You will have an active role in surfacing ideas to optimize how, where, and what is communicated.

  • A strong communicator with Communications experience and excellent writing skills

  • Comfortable driving day-to-day tactical execution in a fast-paced, digital environment

  • A strategic thinker, relationship builder, and a self-starter

  • Expert in Microsoft tools, with SharePoint expertise

  • Familiarity with internal CPG Sales processes and customer-facing materials

  • Technical agility and entrepreneurial spirit to test and learn

  • Influencing and negotiation skills

  • Demonstrating creativity and flexibility

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Support of internal communications content calendar, leading coordination of weekly news updates, and content governance

  • Administration of communications channels including intranet Sharepoint, and potential future channels, being an active leader in surfacing ideas for optimization to support priorities

  • Influence cross-functionally to ensure all US sales teams are served equally by communications, resources, celebrations, key milestones and other critical sales materials, with a consistent approach across categories and brands

  • Develop, track, and report metrics on the effectiveness of communications

  • Create and maintain communications toolkits, processes, templates, and messaging to support US Sales, partnering with best practices across the organization

  • Be a change leader, propose, and execute new ways of creating and distributing communications, including identifying and driving process improvements

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in Communications or similar field, preferably in the CPG industry with prior customer-facing Sales/Marketing experience preferred.

  • Meticulous organizational skills, good judgement, and effective time management

  • Experience with project management and leading others through change

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,800 to $127,600; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelēz offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
