Now Hiring Industrial Maintenance Electricians (1st and 3rd shift)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, machinery, and systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns, performing necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.

• Install new machinery, equipment, or systems as needed.

• Document maintenance and repair work, including completed tasks and part inventory.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.

• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (technical certifications or associate degree preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Welding, machining, or fabrication skills.

• Forklift and other industrial equipment certifications.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
