Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various components of our machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will also be involved in some machine installations and performing mechanical and electrical layout modifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.

• Troubleshoot and repair components related to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Install and modify machinery as needed.

• Conduct mechanical and electrical layout modifications.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance.

• 1+ year of troubleshooting experience.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) maintenance.

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is a highly regulated, temperature-controlled, and clean space. Employees are required to wear hair nets, steel-toed boots, and ear plugs at all times. The position is for the 3rd shift on a rotating schedule, working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Training will be conducted on the day shift (Monday to Friday) for up to 6 months before transitioning to the night shift. The dress code includes steel toe boots, hair net/beard net, and jeans/t-shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
