Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate
Job Description
As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods needed to fulfill customer orders. You will complete shipments using ERP systems and/or tablets, pull, package, and palletize products for shipment, and ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards. Additionally, you will receive, stock, and rotate products, identify, tag, store, and locate finished inventory, and create and apply documents such as shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment. Maintaining a clean work environment and performing other duties as assigned are also key components of this role.
Responsibilities
Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet.
Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.
Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards.
Receive, stock, and rotate product.
Identify, tag, store, and locate finished inventory.
Create and apply documents such as shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience operating standup forklift/reach (6+ months).
Order picking experience.
Experience with UPS and FedEx software preferred.
Ability to read and write accurately.
High attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous warehouse lead experience highly preferred.
Not afraid of heights, as the role involves going up on a cherry picker.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, you will regularly be required to stand, walk, see, talk, and hear. You will occasionally be required to sit and operate large equipment, requiring you to constantly position yourself to maintain the operation of the equipment. You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with heavier weights requiring proper techniques.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
