Genesis10 is seeking a JD Edwards Functional Analyst for a contract with our client in Inver Grove Heights, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Functional Analyst to play a lead role in our upcoming 9.2 upgrade project. The successful candidate will work closely with a systems integrator to ensure a smooth and efficient upgrade process. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and management of the JD Edwards 9.2 upgrade project in partnership with the PMO. Collaborate with a systems integrator to align upgrade strategies and ensure project goals are met. Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document functional specifications, and ensure alignment with business needs. Provide expert consulting on the configuration, setup, standards, utilization, and optimization of the JD Edwards system. Serve as the primary point of contact for all functional aspects of the upgrade, liaising between the business and technical teams. Oversee testing activities in partnership with IT QA, including the creation of test scripts, coordination of user testing, and resolution of issues. Facilitate training and support for end-users on new system features and functionalities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JD Edwards capabilities and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a JD Edwards Functional Analyst. Proven experience leading JD Edwards upgrade projects, preferably version 9.2. Strong understanding of JD Edwards modules and business processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and business analyst skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience working with an AWS hosted infrastructure. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $120.00-130.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
