Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Financial Analyst II to join our team. This individual will primarily focus on payment file clearings in Agris, a critical responsibility that requires a proactive approach to new processes. The ideal candidate will support the payments team for ERP systems, including Agris, JD9, and Great Plains into SAP. They will develop and implement strategies to complete the payment clearing process, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve errors, and document the payment clearing process and error resolutions comprehensively. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with shared services staff across the country to reconcile payments between SAP and Agris, handle complex reconciliations between systems leveraging SAP/S4 experience, and utilize SAP Payments experience, including F110, to ensure efficient payment processing. Providing insights and recommendations for process improvements will also be a key aspect of this role.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a new process environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience with Agris and SAP is preferred but not required. Complex reconciliations experience. (System to System data transfer)
