The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to support on site at Ship Repair Facility – Japan Regional Maintenance Center detachment Sasebo, Japan. This role will be crucial in supporting strategic and tactical efforts by analyzing operations, processes, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and have exceptional attention to detail, a strong analytical and improvement background, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for organizational leadership.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to ensure the successful planning, execution, and management of organizational projects.
Work closely with the customer, to include the business office, project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other team members to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to organizational objectives and timelines.
Analyze organizational data, track metrics, and communicate at all levels to ensure efficient processes and alignment with organizational goals.
Establish and codify processes (instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, memorandums, letters, etc.) where none exist, suggest improvements, and advise stakeholders on existing or drafted processes.
Support development of monthly reports, significant accomplishments, editorial proof reading, and additional duties as requested.
Take ownership of the above tasks, while also continuously looking for ways to improve facility operations and identify new projects to own or support as new needs emerge.
A willingness to dive into and take ownership of tasks that are outside of experience and comfort zones is an imperative.
This position demands that the individual be unafraid to ask questions in order to understand roles and responsibilities in an effort to be fully capable of independently executing tasking.
Qualifications:
Required:
US Citizen with active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain.
Undergraduate (BA/BS) degree from an accredited university or four (4) or more years’ equivalent experience.
Five (5) or more years’ experience in various analyst, process improvement, project management or other applicable field.
Experience using Microsoft O365 Suite, to include MS Teams and SharePoint.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Desired:
Experience working on a US government or Department of the Navy site, within a naval shipyard, regional maintenance center, or naval maintenance environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400 - 143,700 USD
