Our client is seeking a Electrical Project Manager/Supervisor to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be managing and supporting the Electrical and Instrumental Department.

Job Title: Project Manager/Supervisor

Location: International Falls, MN

Pay Rate: $84,000 - $127,000 DOE

What’s the Job?

• Coordinating all electrical maintenance activities in assigned areas. Supervise activities of all personnel assigned to electrical department.

• Estimate, plan, schedule and execute E&I maintenance activities for repairs. Consultations and assistance in problem solving of equipment, staff and operations throughout facility.

• Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance activities. Process equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, documentation and information on all machinery and equipment. Develop and coordinate schedules for shut down and new equipment installation projects. Coordinate activities with contractors.

• Constant interface with operators, maintenance supervisors, craft operating supervisors, and contractors to coordinate manning and operational needs.

• Electrical distribution systems maintenance and repairs on high, medium and low voltage equipment.

• 3-7 years experience

• Leadership/Management experience

• Electrical experience/maintenance/troubleshooting

• Estimating/Planning/Managing/Scheduling
