IT Specialist - CJTF-HOA Support in Djibouti, Africa
The Opportunity:

CACI has established and upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of CJTF-HOA's mission objectives in Djibouti, Africa.
Responsibilities:
Maintain highly available operations of Global Command and Control Systems - Joint (GCCS-J) computer systems and coordinate with high-profile customers.
Integrate applications with directory services, assign roles, provision hypervisors and storage for virtual infrastructure.
Create and maintain configuration items and other related documentation in approved software version control systems.
Interface with ECJ3/ECJ2 customers in all aspects of GCCS-J and other Programs of Records as required.
Monitor system performance and establish performance baselines.
Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Perform regular backups and test backups in recovery scenarios.
Create automation playbooks to enforce policies and standards across the C2 infrastructure and enterprise resources where applicable.
Install, configure, upgrade, support, maintain, and troubleshoot software with capability to make one-off changes and integrate changes into CI/CD pipeline.
Perform account management and access control.
Evaluate, maintain, and troubleshoot application and database services on Enterprise Linux servers.
Manage Red Hat Storage and Virtualization technologies on multiple security enclaves and sites.
Manage Red Hat Satellite 6 servers, ensure content hosts are patched and have compliant Errata installed.
Monitor and maintain C2 infrastructure leveraging tools such as Dell Open Manage Enterprise, ELK, Red Hat Satellite, and Ansible Tower.
Identify problems and work with internal and external teams to provide root cause analysis.
Research and develop automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current US Citizen (No Waiver)
Current adjudicated Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI
BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized experience
DoD 8570.1 Technical Level II Certification
One of the following certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months): SCSA, OCA, CompTIA Linux+, RHCSA, VMWare VCP6-DCV or higher, MCP – Windows Server 2012+ TESA eligibility
GCCS SME experience
Experience with RHHI-V, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Tower, GitLab
Database management skills (Oracle, Sybase, PostgreSQL)
Experience with STIG validation and Enterprise Linux OS troubleshooting
Desired:
ITIL v3 or v4 – Foundation
Experience with automation systems (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
Proficiency in shell languages (Bash, Python, Perl, PowerShell)
Prior experience with command-and-control systems
CCNP Data Center certification
Experience with Cisco ACI and HCI solutions
Software Defined Networking knowledge
Microsoft systems experience (SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint)
Understanding of DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
