The Opportunity:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, Product Owner supporting the Enterprise Level Information Technology Expertise (ELITE) contract at the United States Europe Command (USEUCOM), located in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.
The successful candidate must have solid organizational skills and be able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both written and orally. This includes presenting concepts, ideas, and status updates in a professional business-like manner.
The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment that requires solid leadership skills, team interaction and coordination of efforts in support of a rapidly changing Enterprise IT Environment, balancing day-to-day IT Service Delivery with long term strategy roadmaps, technology insertion and an aggressive innovation implementation.
Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in the Knowledge Management Arena
• Develops cost estimates for software developments or enhancements.
• Conducts impact analysis for software changes.
• Works closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
• Conducts unit tests and documents findings.
• Supports formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production.
• Adheres to program configuration change control standards.
• Provides input into training manuals for users.
• Understands the structure and functionality of the COTS applications (e.g., Oracle, SAP, and Momentum).
• Maintains knowledge of feature and technical changes in the application.
Qualifications:
Required:
Extensive experience in the Knowledge Management Arena
• Requires advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
• Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
• DOD 8570 IAT level 2 compliance (Security+ Certification).
• Must be willing/able to work OCONUS.
Desired:
• Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong background in experience design, usability testing, and iterative solution development.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300 - 189,600 USD
