Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Quick, our Inglewood site is looking for a new Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

Provide clients with a quick and accurate pick up and delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately.

• Properly manage and coordinate driver availability as work dictates.

• Work closely with drivers (this includes assigning new jobs, obtaining charges and handling any driver problems)

• Communicate with Control Towers, with status updates as required.

• Work closely with Dispatch staff (This includes checking QTRAC buckets alarms, checking emails, Process International shipments for export, coordinating with control towers on alerts and assisting with any problems.

• Condition and receive credo systems as required by dispatch stations

• Document and escalate all problems/situations as per company policy and procedures.

• Submit company driver and IC payroll (ensure all OT is pre-approved)

• Report vehicle accidents/driver incidents immediately to Supervisor/Manager/HR.

• Schedule and manage vehicle repairs and equipment.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Associate and bachelor's degree in supply chain management

• 1+ years of experience in Air Logistics and Dispatching

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
