Included in the leadership position includes attending coordinating team meeting, running site meetings, facilitating change and innovation projects at the site, and helping the staff resolve patient complaints. Because the Venice Family Clinic has robust volunteer and medical training programs, the Inglewood Clinical Director has a unique role as a liaison to the affiliated residency programs, and providing support to volunteer medical providers. This responsibility includes providing a positive role model, ensuring that volunteers understand Venice Family Clinic procedures and providing continuity of care for patients.
