Internally, we consult with various colleagues from diverse countries, assisting them in running successful digital communication campaigns on social media or our corporate websites.

At the company’s global headquarters in Ingelheim, we offer you the opportunity to gain insights on the job into the tasks and projects of our Channels & Engagement team while taking on exciting and challenging tasks. As part of the 18-month communications traineeship, internal internships and participation in a communications traineeship seminar are planned.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• As Channels & Engagement Trainee, you learn the basics of successful digital communication, including content planning, publishing, monitoring and community engagement.

• You monitor our social media channels and reply to our community’s questions and comments

• You check all social media content before it goes live and help our colleagues to optimize it. Additionally, you collaborate with external communication agencies.

• You help create and implement internal social media and website guidelines.

• You work with our analytics tools to evaluate our content and campaign performance.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of marketing, communications, public relations or business administration

• Initial practical experience in digital/social media, public relations or journalism

• A high level of initiative and motivation, a structured way of working and excellent team skills

• Strong command of language, excellent communication in English, good knowledge of German

• Skillful use of MS-Office

What we can offer you:

• You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the communications traineeship

• A full-time communications traineeship is 37.5 hours a week

• During your communications traineeship you will receive an allowance of 2800€ per month

• In our team we also offer you a hybrid working model in which you can work remotely several days a week!

• The duration of the communications traineeship is 18 months. The desired start date is currently in November 2024. Please enter the desired period in your application.
