What is the job about?

Your will be primary responsible todevelop, facilitate, drive and support improvements and performance, including those of a higher supply chain complexity and scale, within the continuous development and operational support of the Value Chain processes by applying broad as well as deep supply chain expert knowledge and change management and innovation capabilities along with ability to coordinate and secure development and deployment of global improvements of high complexity and scale

Your main responsibilities :

• Support logistics partners globally in adopting and implementing SAP BN4L solutions (freight collaboration, global track and trace, and freight settlement) through planning and facilitating implementation, training and testing.

• Act as a Subject matter expert for SAP Transportation management and SAP BN4L, working on the design and implementation of TM+BN4L projects.

• Own, maintain and execute training in E-2-E logistics processes, analytics, tools and methods.

• Design, document and support KPIs implement global best practices and solutions through training and continuous improvements and tactical/strategic projects throughout the logistics processes in Grundfos’ supply chain. This includes identifying improvement opportunities, scoping of tasks/projects, planning and implementing the tasks and ensuring anchoring in the organization

Your background :

• Supply Chain Management – bachelor’s or master’s degree or similar higher education. Alternatively, extensive experience within process improvement tasks

• Experience and knowledge about process-analysis methods, problem-solving techniques and project management tools and methods

• 5-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

• Good background in conducting complex or specialized projects and activities in Supply chain.

• Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organization; experience in large manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

• Extensive knowledge of integrating SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) with other SAP applications, particularly SAP Transportation Management (TM)

• Ability to initiate, frame, facilitate and support improvement initiatives.

• Approach improvements from and end-to-end holistic view & capability to communicate E-2-E implications.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
