Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Systems Engineer for one of our defense clients in Indianapolis, Indiana. This System Engineer will provide program support throughout the development life cycle, primarily on the left side of the V (verification/requirements management phase). This is going to be supporting the Network Systems Integration (NSI) program and tactical defense solutions. They will work with a team of 5-6 engineers to lead full-time support of the program, and provide leadership and guidance.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years as a Systems Engineer

Leadership/mentorship abilities

Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

Strong experience with requirements gathering

Knowledge of hardware development/hardware components

Possesses ambition and the ability to lead projects

Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field DOD background

Network protocols

VPN, virtual machines, level II & level III switching null
