About the Role

The Senior Performance Analyst supports the Utility Bill Management (UBM) program leader, focusing on vendor management, client management, and project management. This critical role delivers actionable insights from utility data processes and aids in the deployment and management of a comprehensive UBM program. The Senior Performance Analyst is pivotal in ensuring the success of the UBM program through meticulous data management, proactive issue resolution, and superior client service.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of assigned client assignments and data inputs, ensuring data is up to date and accurate. Maintain appropriate touchpoints with internal/external clients and document meeting minutes, action items, and critical issues.

  • Ensure client and account team happiness by providing an outstanding level of service. Responding to client-specific requests for ad hoc reporting, data issues, and inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Own and supervise UBM system issues with the associated vendor, collaborating with the vendor team/POC to ensure issues are resolved to completion. Maintain accurate records of all issues and their resolutions.

  • Coordinate and lead various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals and successful client outcomes.

  • Demonstrate strong skills in navigating and managing ambiguity, addressing a variety of issues effectively.

  • Assist in the development and deployment of the UBM program, including work order completion, client transition support, client inquiries, and supporting documents.

  • Effectively handle priorities with a sense of urgency, while maintaining professionalism and the flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, team dynamics, and program adjustments.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Performance Analyst, Utility Bill Mgmt. position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Performance Analyst, Utility Bill Mgmt. position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
