Site Superintendent Opportunity

Description:

Our client is seeking a superintendent to work with the Senior Superintendent on a site improvement project that is a joint venture. 32 Acre campus in downtown Indianapolis for Indiana University Hospital project.

The superintendent will be responsible for everything that leads up to the hospital and 3 other buildings, roadways, parking lots, utilities leading up to building, greenspace, and all landscaping.

This superintendent will work with the Lead superintendent to either divide areas or scopes between them.

The project needs will change throughout as the project stages complete, flexibility will be an important aspect of the job.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in site improvement projects (civil, roadway, land development or utilities)

• Osha 30 certified

• Construction software experience (Procore, Raken, SafetyAmp, MS office suites, bluebeam)

• CPR Certified

• Earth moving equipment knowledge

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
