We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capital projects, standard costing, and special projects as assigned. The selected candidate will work onsite at our Indianapolis manufacturing facility to collaborate with Value Stream managers, Materials, Procurement and Engineering teams. They will also partner with Global Operations Finance colleagues to drive continuous improvements in forecasting and reporting activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the Indianapolis facility’s monthly close, forecast, budget and daily support activities related to volume, expense, inventory, productivity, and related ad hoc requests for timely presentation of the monthly financial statements and assist with special projects as requested.

  • Reconcile Indianapolis general ledger accounts monthly.

  • Daily reporting of KPI indicators for the site and develop additional reports in support of continuous improvement efforts at the site.

  • Supporting site on capital project review, budgeting, forecasting and annual fixed asset confirmation.

  • Assist or lead the annual standard cost setting for the Indianapolis site.

  • Demonstrated meticulous skills in preparing forecasts, accurate financial and operational metrics while being able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and complete assignments quickly and accurately.

    The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or similar field required with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years experience OR doctoral degree in field with 0+ years.

  • Responsibilities with an emphasis on forecasting, planning, analysis, inventory reserve, cycle counting, and inventory planning.

  • Cost accounting knowledge and familiarity with Oracle manufacturing systems is desired.

  • Excellent communication (both oral and written), presentation and people skills needed for cross-functional scope of role.

  • Strong to advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables etc.), proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) required along with previous experience in enterprise performance management report writing (e.g., BPC, Hyperion), Oracle, Oracle Business Intelligence.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • CPA or CMA

  • Power BI a plus
