Vespa Group, LLC Senior Audit Case Disposition Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana
Summary: The Audit Case Disposition Specialist prepares reports on audits and investigations of Medicaid claims. This position also provides support to the management team in the research and execution of projects.
Must be eligible to work in the US. No sponsorships are available at this time.
Description/Duties:
- Prepare reports on audits and investigations of Medicaid claims.
- Support management team in the execution of projects.
- Complete research that supports an audit, such as address and history of provider.
- Lead the audit case disposition specialist team members.
- Provide case support by writing up the results of the audit.
- Proofreading, editing, and updating documents as needed.
- Assisting in the planning and overseeing of significant events.
- Setup account access to Pallium for new users.
- Manage and organize IN FADS collaboration sites.
- Creating new templates for deliverables as indicated by the statement of work changes.
- Establish Secure File Transfer Portal (SFTP) for providers requiring chart review.
- Monitor daily the IndianaFADS@deloitte.com Outlook email account.
- Manage provider communications through IN FADS Deloitte email.
- Save correspondence and documentation received via the IndianaFADS@deloitte.com email to the applicable case file in Pallium.
- Respond and/or delegate emails received to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that all emails received via IndianaFADS@deloitte.com have been responded to and logged.
- Format in MS Word all providers letters to be sent.
- Mail all providers letters via certified mail as appropriate.
- Ensure that all letters that contain PHI are appropriately packaged before mailing.
- Document mailing date of letters in Pallium.
- Maintain and track all letter templates updates as applicable.
- Proofreading, editing, and updating documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Certificate, License: None
Required Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Preferred Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree preferred. Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Suite and Sharepoint preferred.
