Job Summary: As a Scientist in Biotransformation for Large Molecules, you will be instrumental in conducting and documenting analytical procedures, contributing to the design and execution of bioanalytical methods, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

What you’ll be doing:

• Performing and documenting analytical procedures in line with company and regulatory standards.

• Contributing to the design and execution of routine bioanalytical methods under moderate supervision.

• Participating in technical discussions and data review related to LC/MS/MS analysis.

• Assisting in troubleshooting and process improvements for enhanced data quality and efficiency.

• Leading laboratory or cross-functional projects and aiding in their implementation.

• Serving as a technical resource for laboratory staff regarding bioanalytical procedures and LC/MS/MS methods.

• Maintaining analytical quality and adherence to timelines in line with regulatory requirements.

• Supporting safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, or a Master’s degree with relevant experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in method development or a specific methodology area.

• Proficiency in analytical techniques for small molecule drug development.

• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Strong foundation in method development and analytical techniques.

• Understanding of sample handling, preparation, and the drug development process.

• Working knowledge of regulatory agency standards.

• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,400.00 - $104,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
