Make a Difference

The program manager coordinates and oversees the clubhouse and vocational program. This position ensures the effective operation of assigned programs including but not limited to the following:

  • Providing day-to-day onsite oversight of vocational services and operations.

  • Providing input in the development of program-specific policies and procedures.

  • Hiring, training, developing, and retaining caregivers.

  • Ensuring staff conformance with applicable clinical and operation performance standards.

  • Providing a first-line response to member complaints and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

  • Partner with the Operations Director to determine annual program objectives and achieve clinical and financial program targets.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position have excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both written and verbal. The ideal applicant effectively builds teams and is a collaborative team leader.

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health/mental health or a related field is required.

  • Three (3) or more years of relevant clinical experience in mental health/CD/behavioral health field.

  • One (1) or more years of relevant leadership experience is preferred.

  • Experience working with the SMI (serious mental illness) adult population is preferred.

  • Vocational placement experience is a plus.

  • Driver's license in the state of Indiana is required.

  • Proof of auto insurance is required.

  • A driving record that adheres to policy guidelines is required.
