Seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for a high growth defense contractor in the Indianapolis, IN area.

The Principal would be responsible for lead a team of talented and experienced engineers performing activities related to design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules, FPGAs, and/or CCAs for a variety of DoD applications.

responsibilities:

• Lead a team in design activities, generating engineering drawings, developing models, integrating, and testing digital electronics products and performing trade studies.

• Drive an engineering team to the completion of project/program milestones.

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in independent reviews, establishment of best design practices, and strategic capability growth.

• Following, guiding, and providing improvements established Hardware Engineering processes and procedures.

• Develop technical and bid approaches for pursuits and proposals.

• Execute thorough design and peer reviews.

• Direct and oversee testing events such as design verification and qualification testing.
