Our client is hiring a fully remote Claims Examiner to help with a backlog of claims!

Shift: need to be open to working a shift between 7am-6pm EST M-F

Description:

• Accurately reviews, research and resolves suspended and peer review claims, adjustments, correspondence and supporting documentation.

• Consistently meets performance measurements.

• Maintain productivity and quality expectations.

• Ability to handle customer written and verbal escalations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Looking for 1-2 years Claims experience.

• Medicare Supplement/Medicare claims.

Project will be 5-8 weeks but could go longer.
