Our client is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join their team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Communications team supporting various internal communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office)

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and distribution of internal communications content across various channels.

• Support internal communications processes, including management of the editorial calendar and email distribution lists.

• Develop visual assets in collaboration with team members while upholding brand standards and guidelines.

• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication tactics and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Maintain consistency in tone and visual identity across all content, adhering to AP style.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, digital marketing, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of work experience in digital communications.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.

• Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
