Job Title 3M is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Impact Youll Make in this Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: * Capable of quickly coming up to speed and becoming fully competent in the diagnosis, trouble-shooting and repair of the equipment listed below: Pick and place robotics, indexing tables, vibratory feeder bowls, conveyors, box erectors, vertical baggers, in-line packaging machines, dot matrix printers ,pumps, mixers, dispensing systems for fluids , air-vey units , microwave dryers, air powered handling systems, laser, UV curing , presses, loaders, and ultra sonic welding * Electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and repair * Knowledgeable in PLC's, AC and DC drives * Operational knowledge in high-speed assembly and packaging machinery repair, installation, modification and adjustments

The starting rate of pay for this position is $35.52. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or e perience.
