Overview of Job Function:

Verint is looking for an Implementation Consultant who will work within our Branch Workforce Solutions services team.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements client-specific instances of enterprise software solutions to meet business and integration requirements.

  • Design and configuration tasks are primarily focused on standard approaches. Novel approaches are typically determined by more experienced Implementation Consultants.

  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software configuration files in XML and CSHTML.

  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL packages written with SSIS and C#.

  • Configure, test, deploy, and maintain SAML based SSO integrations.

  • Manage and analyze large data sets using SQL.

  • Assists more experienced Implementation Consultants in Tier II support for existing clients.

  • Acts as a liaison between business and engineering interests both internally and with clients.

  • Supports testing, training, and production support activities as necessary.

  • Contributes to both the team’s and the company’s continuous improvement efforts.

  • Provide application and infrastructure support in a VMWare based virtualized private cloud environment.

  • Engaging with clients, understanding their business processes to best deliver "their business" training.

  • Performing implementations to ensure that they are delivered on time and configured to clients' requirements.

  • Gaining a sound understanding and knowledge of the customer's requirements and capabilities.

  • An understanding of business processes and workflows.

  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience

  • Fluent in at least one procedural, object-oriented, or query language (e.g. C#, Java, VB, VBA, SQL)

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Desire to learn new technologies and business domains

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive project schedules

  • Business acumen and strong written and oral communications skills

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

Preferred Requirements:

  • Relational databases and T-SQL (particularly MS SQL Server)

  • Software requirements and design

  • Data Integration

  • Software configuration management (e.g. GIT)

  • Systems engineering

  • Business process optimization

  • Basic understanding of the following domains: capacity planning, forecasting, optimization, scheduling

  • Basic knowledge of the following technologies: C#, XML/XSD, LINQ, Visual Studio, MS Excel
