Job Title: Driller Helper

Job Description

This individual will be in the field supporting the drill operator. The duties for a driller helper include assisting the driller in moving and attaching augers, along with handling soil sampling. This position will also involve preventative maintenance to ensure the drill rig is in working order. A typical day involves reporting to the shop to get material and equipment for the day, then leaving to the jobsite in a drill rig or company truck.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driller in moving and attaching augers.

• Handle soil sampling.

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the drill rig is in working order.

• Report to the shop to gather materials and equipment for the day.

• Travel to the jobsite in a drill rig or company truck.

Essential Skills

• Construction or Environmental Experience (Outside Work)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in environmental testing

• Experience in material handling

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
